These two patterns were made for the same person but during different times. Both of them are related to the Weight Gain issue. The top one was made in July and the bottom one was made in September.

The yellow color is related to "Joy" and it seems that the Weight Gain problem for this person has to be addressed in a different way: less restrictions, less diet , and a search for everything where Joy can be inserted. If the word "Joy" seems too spiritual in nature, let's say fun. It has to be fun with minimal rigor.

The difference between both of them is that the top pattern is more dense and obstructed. The bottom pattern is more fluid and easier. This shows that the Joy issue is being addressed and there is some favorable motion in the right direction.
